Pricing:
*Pricing subject to change - please contact us for event/wedding prices!
*Prices do not include taxes
Photo Sessions Include:
- Unlimited outfit changes.
- Unlimited number of subjects in the picture (pets included).
- Your choice of location(s) – there will not be an additional charge for multiple locations, unless it is more than 5 miles from the initial location.
- One copy of the Photo CD with rights is included (additional copies are available for an additional charge).
0-1 Hour: $50
1-2 Hours: $100
2-3 Hours: $200
3+ Hours: $300+
A La Carte:
- Enhancements: $20 per 100 images
- Extra Copies of the Photo CD with rights in another name: $15
- Extra Site(s): $10 extra
- If you would like to have your pictures taken at more than one site (your home and a park), we are more than happy to oblige. However, if the site is more than 5 miles from the first site, there will be an additional $10 charge per site.
Payment: Your Disc, along with your Print Release will be mailed to you within 1 business day of receiving your payment.
- We accept Cash and/or Checks.
- Checks may be made out to: Beth Flynn OR Capture the Moment
- We are currently working with PayPal to set up paying online, once this is complete, we will update our site.
Reshoots:
We want you to be happy with your photos. You are the one paying for them and we want to make sure our customers are satisfied with our services.
- If we need to reshoot the session because of a technical issue on our end, then your session is FREE*
- If you are not happy with the photos for other reasons (maybe the kids weren’t happy or feeling well that day, maybe you really didn’t like your outfit or your hair), then we will do a reshoot at Half Price**
Fine Print:
- We reserve the right to use all and any images we take for advertising and/or promotional items, unless otherwise requested by the client.
- "The unauthorized use of a copyrighted work is called an infringement. The Copyright Act provides stiff penalties for infringing copyrighted works. Under appropriate circumstances, penalties can include monetary damages, all profits earned by the infringer from the unauthorized use of the copyrighted work and attorneyís fees. - If at any time during the session, any person representing Capture the Moment feels uncomfortable, at risk or harassed, Capture the Moment will immediately end the session and the customer will be charged full price.
